On Friday 16. Oct. 2015 at 3 o’clock the cut of the spade took place in our newest project in Maria Enzersdorf. After a speech from Ing. Mag. Otto Kauf (CEO FLAIR) and Mayor DI Johann Zeiner the whole construction site and its works were blessed by the Father Markus from the neighboring Franciscan monastery. These gentleman together with DI Klaus Rabenseifer from the construction company PORR took the cut of the spade.

Afterwards the guest were offered refreshment in the nearby historical Riefelhaus, which will serve from now on for viewing the floorplans and the compound-model for any person interested in our project.
